Manufacturer Warranties
All firearms, parts, and accessories sold by 2AR Patriots are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.
Because we do not manufacture any firearms or components, 2AR Patriots does not offer its own product warranty beyond the policies of the original manufacturer.
If your firearm or accessory experiences an issue covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly for service, repair, or replacement. Most firearm manufacturers require the item to be returned to them for warranty evaluation.
We are happy to help you identify and contact the correct manufacturer for your product. Please reach out to our customer service team for assistance if needed.
Returns & Exchanges
Except where otherwise noted, 2AR Patriots accepts returns of eligible items for refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unfired, unused, and in resalable condition
- Must include original packaging, parts, manuals, and accessories
- Must be accompanied by a completed Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form
To start a return, please contact Customer Service to request an RMA and return instructions. Items sent back without an RMA cannot be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, less shipping and handling fees and any applicable restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety and regulatory restrictions, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Firearms (once transferred through an FFL)
- Ammunition or ammunition components
- Blemished, used, or fired firearms
- NFA items (suppressors, SBRs, etc.)
- Apparel or gear that has been worn or washed
- Any item specifically marked non-returnable
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We will coordinate with the manufacturer or shipper to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Firearm Returns
Federal law prohibits the return of firearms once they have been transferred to the customer by the receiving FFL dealer.
Please inspect all firearms at the FFL before accepting the transfer. If a defect or issue is found prior to transfer, the FFL should refuse the transfer and contact 2AR Patriots immediately.
After a firearm is transferred, all warranty or service work must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
Restocking Fees
For non-defective items approved for return:
- Firearms, frames, and receivers: $40 restocking fee per item (max $80 per order)
- All other items: up to 15% restocking fee
Restocking fees are waived if the return is due to our error or a verified product defect.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting Customer Service.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead be processed as a return.
All cancellations are final once confirmed. Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
2AR Patriots reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days once payment and FFL documentation (for firearms) are received.
Serialized items such as firearms or frames may take up to 10 business days to ship.
All shipments are FOB our warehouse, and risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or third-party errors, but we’ll always do our best to help track and resolve any issues.
Order Restrictions
- Firearms are shipped only to valid FFL dealers (no P.O. boxes).
- Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with all federal, state, and local laws related to firearm ownership and transfer.
- Handguns and stripped lowers require purchasers to be 21 years of age or older.
- Long guns may be sold to out-of-state residents when legal in both states.
Customer Acknowledgment
By placing an order with 2AR Patriots, the customer certifies that:
- They are legally eligible to purchase and possess firearms, parts, and ammunition.
- They have verified that their purchase complies with all applicable laws.
- They release and hold harmless 2AR Patriots from any liability arising from misuse, unlawful possession, modification, or improper handling of purchased products.
